"NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, let Mikayla cut your hair. I hope she gets fired to spare anyone else what she did to me today. Edit: Revised score to 3 as I have fixed the cut by trimming bangs above eyebrows as requested, bangs were hanging in front of eyes and down to lips when wet and straightened. Tried to get her to trim them more so stray hairs wouldn’t be in eyes, but she thinned my bangs out instead. The haircut is fine after fixing the bangs, but it is not worth $50. I had found my original review on yelp and found it fitting so copy and pasted it. To be constructive, I apologize for being rude, but I do not think thinning men’s hair is generally desired, thick and short, not thin and long."

"I went there because my Salon had a family death and there told us to go here Karen who did my hair made my hair yellow and I had Platium hair I couldn't really see till I left I called them back and talk to the Manager and toId here what happened and if the can fix it she sad I have to use Karen aigan to fix it I ask to go to some one else and she sad if I do that I have to pay aigan I spend already $ 200 so I sad ok and when I went back she fried my hair it was healthy before I went there now my hair is breaking of I think the Manager should have fixed my hair I will never go there aigan terrible customer service"
