If you anticipate a standard cleaning during your annual appointment, especially as per with your insurance coverage, it's important to note that this place does not include a cleaning as part of the annual visit. Instead, they insist on scheduling a separate appointment for a cleanup, which comes with an additional cost. I would not recommend this place for an annual visit."

"I went for a deep cleaning and became very nervous when I arrived. My blood pressure shot up. Once I was in the chair, Dr. Erappa talked me through it very gently and did her work. I am sure I was not the best patient, but she was incredible! She was calming, gentle and made a terrifying situation (for me) much better! I am happy that I chose Dr. Chaitra Erappa."

"Today I took my son in because Dr. Chaitra said he needed cleaning and filling only. When she took him in, she extracted not 1, not 2, but 3 of his teeth instead without telling me first. He did not have any problems with his teeth that needed them to be extracted. When I told the dentist that this was not in the procedure my son was supposed to have, the lady at the front desk came up and told me to be quiet. How can they do this without my permission? This is not treatment, this is just for their business. He is about to go to school, why would she put him through this painful procedure? We do not recommend anybody go to this office. They are not concerned with health, they are concerned with business."

"I visited Dr Chaitra Erappa a week back and this is my first visit. Staff took X-rays of my teeth. Doctor did examine again and explained very well. She is very patient, answers all your questions. Recommended for deep cleaning and it's first time for me. She did not rush to finish the work, very gentle and made sure that I was doing fine while the deep cleaning was going on. Almost no pain and very comfortable experience. I had a good experience here. The staff is friendly and professional, they follow up after the procedure to make sure everything is fine with you. I would highly recommend Dr Chaitra."
