"I’m so glad that I found Kat! It is clear that she really cares about your hair and the style matching what you’re looking for/what will look best on you. You can come in and say you want long layers, face framing pieces, and your hair cut with a razor, or whatever, because it’s what you’ve always done or what other stylists have told you is best, and she is not afraid to explain why she thinks that might not be best and what we could do as alternative, and I always trust what she has to say because the way she explains things, you can tell it’s backed by experience and education, and she genuinely seems like she’s got your best interest at heart. She’s also not afraid to ask how a style worked out for you and pivot if you had issues. The first visit, we tried a bit of a curtain bang moment, which was great, but I ultimately never got the hang of styling them correctly. When I told her that during the next appointment, she was like OK let’s try something different! She doesn’t just care about your hair looking good the day you leave the salon, she cares about the style being able to function for you every day after. I’ve had stylists in the past in which a haircut seems like an after-thought to them. Unless you’re there to get an expensive color process or $1k of hair extensions installed, they could care less. But not with Kat. Whether you’re there just to get your bangs trimmed or something more labor intensive and costly, she always treats you like your time and money is no less worthy than someone else’s. My hair always looks like a million bucks when I see her and I know she’ll always steer me in the right direction. I’ve gotten to the point now where I just tell her, “Do what you think is best,” and she never disappoints."

"Luis was my hairdresser and Luis is now my ONLY hairdresser. My entire life I was afraid to cut my hair and I had honestly accepted the fact that I may leave the salon disappointed by how it’d turn out however, Luis took everything I expressed to him and turned it into a reality. I’ve never been happier with how my hair looks. I listened to his input and followed his guidance on what he recommended for my hair type and I’m so glad I did. "I LOVE my haircut by Jess today. I appreciate that she was focused and really took her time to give me a great cut. She gave me the impression that she cares and puts a lot of effort into her work to do her very best (a very different experience compared to my last hair cut). I also want to thank the gentleman at the front desk who was so courteous enough to lead me into the garage where I was parked, so I wouldn’t have to walk in the rain. He also gave me a goody bag with some nice samples of hair products. I will be a return customer based on my experience today! Thank you!"
