"The salon lady was working on two clients at same time so was not able to finish my hair on time and the hair done was not what I wanted. Also, I couldn’t use the hair the next day to go to work since it was not curl . I have to go to another salon and pay again for my hair to be curl."

She exceeded my expectations! She was able to get my hair really light with the lowest developer to ensure the health of my hair was maintained.
