"I called Floyd's 99 in advance, asking for a medium fade, only to arrive and find out they carelessly booked me for a regular haircut instead. When I decided on a skin fade upon arrival, their response was even more appalling - claiming only a regular haircut was possible because they were "extremely busy." If that was the case, why wasn't I informed during my initial call? The audacity to charge premium prices yet fail to accommodate or even properly communicate with customers is outrageous. This lack of professionalism and utter disregard for customer service has left me infuriated and completely let down by Floyd's 99.You"

"Jessica cut my hair and was so willing to work with desires for how I wanted my hair to look without really being able to describe it! I had a drastic hair cut cutting something like 10” off into a much shorter cut and wanted to make sure I went somewhere that was quality, would listen, and wasn’t afraid to ask and make sure they understood. Jessica knocked it out of the park and I will definitely be coming back again. Thanks Floyd’s for making sure I look my best!"

"Not every person is worth the 5 stars but I have cece cut my hair and she is definitely 5 stars. I do not go anywhere else anymore. Her attention to detail is awesome and she is very patient and friendly. Idk what id do if she ever stopped cutting hair."

"We have been going to Floyd’s for years and have visited multiple locations around the metroplex & around the country. After my 2nd bad experience there yesterday, I can say confidently that this one is the worst. The person working the front desk seemed generally annoyed. Of the two stylists we saw, neither one even introduced themselves. We were not happy with either service. It was my daughter’s first haircut ever but her stylist rushed through the appt and was incredibly unfriendly. They charged me more than the services I booked and didn’t discuss it with me first or explain it beforehand. When I asked why, the front desk employee was short, dismissive & rude. Had an awful experience there yesterday on multiple levels & it will be the last. Recommend avoiding this location."

"Amanda is amazing and the only person I go to. I drive about 20 miles from the neighborhood I live in to my appointments with her. She's the best and seems to always make sure I look my best. She's very good at what she does and is always fun and positive. Floyd's is the only place I'll go to actually. I've gone to them for years both here in Texas and when I lived all over Los Angeles. They have best people who do a fantastic job."
