"I had a bad experience with customer service recently trying to explain to her that upon changing insurance with a new vehicle purchase I was billed for my liability on first car twice. I would think that because both were insured thru pronto that wasn’t legal but the lady just kept repeating to me that I could not get a refund. At the end I got no email or anything regarding my cancellation of policy. I have never had an issue with local offices but customer service is not helpful at all."
"It's been almost 2 weeks and I've received no update on my claim. I've tried getting in contact with both of the adjuster under my claim and even the supervisor. I've called too many times and always end up in a voicemail. Completely unprofessional."
"One of the the worst insurance companies ever. They make me pay for my own rental. They only cover 8 days (most shops take 2-3 weeks cause they are busy) and they are taking forever to reimburse me. I've left alot of messages, emails and faxs and still haven't gotten my money back!!!"
