"Purchased a pair of custom bootsfrom this place at a vendor show in Amarillo in November 2021. Paid half downthen he was supposed to deliver the boots by Christmas. Called around Christmas and he said that he was having to order some supplies that would not be here in time for Christmas. Called again in March and was told that he was working on them and would ship them as soon as he had them done. Called in May and was told he made them but in a mix up while changing store locations, his associate sold them. Said he had another pair he thought I would like and he would bring them to me. SEPTEMBER 3RD I finally drove to Clovis to all about these. The associate working called him and then offered me store credit for less than what I paid down. After 15 minutes, we were able to get back the money we paid down 10 months ago. Not impressed with his business practices."
