"Attended an event at Verbena in the Canopy Hotel on W 6th Street. Nice venue. Cannot comment on the food/beverage at Verbena, we did not partake of the menu. The event was a wine/food pairing thing, and the little bits we tasted were good. The staff did a good job with service. Good vibe to the place. Good for a private event."

"We had Sunday brunch after staying at the Canopy by Hilton. The menu was not huge, but everything was delicious. I had the Verbena Benedict and my husband had the Chicken Mole Hash. Both were excellent. The hollandaise on the Benedict was so nice and lemony. The Bloody Mary was delicious as well with the perfect amount of spice. It’s served with a slice of bacon in it, so if you’re vegetarian/vegan ask them to skip that. It wasn’t overly busy at 11am and the ambiance on the courtyard was nice. They had fans with misters going to keep it pleasant."
"Sunday brunch, not busy, and very enjoyable experience. Great service who was helpful with ordering. When we were concerned about the level of spice, she brought a sample of the sauce to make sure we were okay with our choice. The food was very tasty and the ambiance of the restaurant was trendy casual and appealing."
