"I took the boots seen below to have the soles and the straps up top repaired. While discussing the work the employee told me he could "Completely refurbish them, make them look like new for $175." My husband went to pick them up and for the most part they looked great, except the straps up top weren't even touched. They were missing or the buckles were missing. So we took them back. They charged me another $100 for that simple repair that should have been done as promised the first time! The man who was checking us out said we must agree with him or we wouldn't pay the $100 because apparently I was willing to throw away the $175 I already paid. The $175 I was promised would "Completely refurbish them, make them look like new." In the future I'll spend the $300 on a new pair of boots and avoid being ripped off."
