I brought a vintage Fred Perry leather purse in for some hardware repairs and was so pleased with the customer service, communication, speed and skill with which Austin Shoe Hospital displayed. I can't recommend them enough! I had my purse back within the week and the repair was affordable, but also in line with what labor / skilled work should cost!"
"Asked to have the shaft shortened and this was the result, two different heights. The “raw cut” was uneven as well. It was offered to be fixed but I didn’t want to risk further damage. Overall, very disappointed in the quality."
