I will never shop at Acedemy again, I actually stopped years ago, but I ordered an item from the manufacturer and they shipped it to Academy. When it came in they wouldn't let me have it even thought it was already paid for."

"1st they cancelled my order when I checked in at curbside then The lady that came out for curbside I believe it was sierra her name was rude telling me it’s a pending charge but the money is taking off of my account so I don’t understand how it’s pending the 1st time I ordered it took it off & put it right back when the order was cancelled by academy online ……. Then it was the wrong size I asked for the manager he came Josh was just as rude as the curbside lady told me to go to the shoe part Ms.Barbara helped me & she was absolutely wonderful & helpful them they had the price wrong when I got up the register it said $64 when the price sticker says $44.99 I had to walk back & finally got the shoes I’m fresh off a 12 hour shift from the hospital & I would not recommend the online nor this location to anyone all the way to the cashier xehloty I believe her name rude as well"

"Good, convenient location. Very clean and tidy. Didn't get much assistance from employees but I was able to find everything easily. Kids shoe selection is lacking significantly but adult shoes were plentiful."

"One of the best academy's I have been to. Appeared it was well managed. Loved the fast & organized check out line. Astros gear, what a selection. We were happy we went here, compared to Astros merchandise at ballpark this is a good discount. Also picked up my hunting license. Nice big store, friendly staff."
