"I have been buying shoes from them for several years, they are great quality and very comfortable for my hard to fit feet. I've also purchased socks and jackets over the years as well and the quality is just as good. I haven't tried the other clothing though. I can't say this for a lot of places I shop at and I don't give a lot m of 5 stars, so they are worth a visit and hope your experience is just as good."

"It's a sad State of Affairs when such a strong American Footwear brand is now constructed in China and QUALITY has been replaced by the bottom profit margin. I purchased a pair of boots at the Houston Galleria and after wearing them one day they were coming undone right by my big right toe! I exchange the set for a different pair of boots which also started falling apart after the first use. I returned the boots for my full refund. The manager stated that the boots should last about 1 years and that the construction was beyond his control. Johnston & Murphy has been a strong name in Footwear it is now made in China and the quality of construction has suffered. So disappointingly sad....."
