The 2 ladies in the store were amazing at customer service and due to their helpfulness, Redwing has a customer for life. Unfortunately I came back in about a week later because I needed new boots for the next day and the pair I ordered had not come in. The employee walked me through several different options and was glad I ended up choosing a nicer looking boot that was in stock.
