"Ember was awesome! Five stars for the food, atmosphere, and the service! John, the manager, assured that we had everything we needed to make our experience great. Our server Christina was attentive and helpful in making sure we each ordered the perfect dish. I ordered the halibut which was near perfect. Ember is one of my favorite restaurants in Austin now. Looking forward to going back!"
"Overall the experience was OK. That’s it-it was fine. The temperature in the restaurant was very warm. The food was good but not phenomenal. I felt the Tamal was lacking flavor and the market fish dish had too many flavors that just didn’t mesh well. The steak dinner, however, was fabulous. The service was great and we appreciated the knowledge and skill that Bianca showed."
"We chose this place for our anniversary and 1st time. Food quality was great, and prices are surprisingly excellent. Creative menu, knowledgeable staff, and charcoal grill smell and taste were contributing to our experience. All the dishes we tried were satisfying. Unfortunately, there was a 45 min delay between our appetizer and main course. Maybe because they had a busy night."
