"On 12/2/23 I had called numerous times to find out how to redeem my rewards at the Park Row store. No one answered each call and it went straight to voicemail all three times. Terrible service if you can't answer a phone call."
"Man this location is a classic Schlotsky's. Unlike in Austin and San Antonio where many of the shops are connected to a gas station or modernized to the point of being an alternate self, if this makes since, this location is unchanged. Great service and the sandwiches are made with care. Meaty, cheesy and balanced. Check out the video."
