"Leslie is willing to go the extra mile, her staff is a different story, every time I have called and ask a question they have said that they would call back, but as of now they have never called back, I always have to call and speak to Leslie to get anything done, Leslie cannot do everything, the front person is very rude, I have been with Farmers for many years and have never been treated this way, I'm sure I am not the only person being treated this way, I would think twice before using this Farmers agent, I will be looking for another agent. Not BBB accredited as they show on the commercial."
