Lou Ann who is her normal stylist was very demeaning and belittling to her. My mother profusely apologized for her tardiness but was met with rudeness. Needless to say, we will not be back! I understand the frustration of a tardy client, however I don’t understand the inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from Lou Ann."
