"I finally got a hair cutter that really cared what you look like after getting a "Great Clips" haircut. Olivia at Dripping Springs, Texas - the best I've had in several years!!"

"Went in after church to get my son's haircut. He is 8 yrs. Old. He did not want to get it cut because he had a bad experience several months ago. We convinced him to go in, and before he walked in with my wife, I told the stylist ALICIA, the situation and began telling her how I wanted it cut. She reluctantly replied that she could not do the haircut against his wishes. I was not asking for anything crazy. Simply that it was cut in a normal fashion, as it looks like a shaggy mop and needs attention. She began to argue with me telling me I had no right to decide how my son's hair should be cut and it was his decision. Extremely unprofessional. Will not be back. He is 8 yrs. Old and I am his parent. I have the right to have my son's hair cut the way I desire it done so that he doesn't look like a homeless, unkept child!"

"I checked in online and it said I had a zero wait time. When I got here, I had to wait another 25 min. Looks like they’ll just take a walk in and not honor the online check in process. There was also no apology for the long wait. The older woman with short hair was done 10 min prior to me sitting down. She cleaned her station and went into the back: never came back out till a male walked into the place. I almost felt like they all took extra long with their customers cause no one wanted to cut my hair cause I’m a female and have longer hair. The lady cutting my hair never asked basic questions like where do you part your hair etc. such a strange experience. I usually have okay experiences here. Not sure if I’ll be back."

"Checking in online is easy and the wait time is pretty accurate - I've had my hair cut by several people here and they're all skilled, friendly folks. There are killer coupon deals and aside from that, the prices are fair. Great place to go if you're in Dripping Springs."

"I took my 91 year old mom to get a haircut and blow dry in preparation for several visitors coming from out of state to visit her. It is not an easy task to get a 91 year old to a salon. Apparently, you cannot get your hair blown dry if there are only two stylists in the salon. Even if it is on their menu, and they charge for it, they will not do it. In order to get your hair blown dry, you need to call ahead to see how many stylists are in the lobby and then make an appointment for the very last hour of the day. I'm unsure as to why the extra things besides a haircut are on the menu of items offered but they will not accommodate you. Requested 2 inches off, they took one inch off, when I commented the stylist shrugged her shoulders. Would recommend going to any other salon besides this one. We will not be utilizing this salon in the future. Very sad. Hate for anyone else to be disappointed."
