"I have two girls that were treated here both with special needs one has Down syndrome and the other has learning disabilities. That being said it’s hard to find a good dentist that is patient with special needs kids and willing to listen to our concerns about the kids. This office was amazing from the nurses to the Dentist everyone of them was so kind and patient with my girls. Dr Torbati was one of the kindest dentist we have met in a long time! He took his time to explain treatments for the girls and just had awesome bedside manner. Can’t say enough good things about this place."
"I have an adult special needs brother. I called and made an appointment because they said anesthesia would be covered through insurance in office. Turn up and they tell me they don't. I drove 230 miles for this. This is beyond ridiculous"
"Would not recommend this surgical center. Wait times are excessive. Struggled for weeks to have my child scheduled for dental procedure due to lack of communication after calling multiple times."
"This is not directed at the staff of this place intentionally. However, my daughter was scheduled for surgery at 8 am, It is not 11 am and still nothing. The door is revolving with kids coming in and out, it was shared that 10 patients were scheduled before 8am, this has to be a joke. Who does business like that. My five year old is sitting here staring as she has to fast. This place needs an overhaul, my guess is its about the money and you get as many people in as you can, but no one cares about the countless kids sitting in the waiting room crying from hunger and boredom as they sit here for HOURS !!!!!!"
"This place is awesome, the staff and doctors are so polite and will answer any and all questions, they explain everything where you can understand it. They are fast and efficient. They not only see children but also adults with special needs. Today was the 2nd time we have been here for dental work on my 24yr old autistic son and they treat him very well.. thank you too the staff and doctors, you all rock!!!"
