"Brought my daughter and the service here is bad. Even when u have a appt or come in as a walkin u still sit here for hours the nurses and doctors are real slow here. And there phone line is always busy the voice mail is full all the time can't leave any messages and it's been like this for a couple of years I wonder y this place hasn't been investigated. I rember when dr Aguirre and her husband had there office on gen McMullen it was nothing like this I don't recommend this place to anyone. It's bad here."

"They don’t send referrals and couldn’t even give my daughter refills on a medication they prescribed, and took my daughter 3x for armpit pain they kept ignoring us went to the ER glad I did because she needed an emergency surgery, DON’T TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!"

"First off I like the nurses and front desk they are nice and helpful. You can't get through the phone lines they are always looping. My kids have been going to this office for years and never has it been so bad. The doctor my son saw today would not fill out my forms as needed she did them as she felt needed. Seems like she does not know enough about my son's disability to treat him. I will be working in finding a new doctor's office as of today. I urge you to do the same. The few good doctors that office had are no longer there, no surprise."

"I use to come to this office with my first daughter, I did like it only because the doctors were amazing! I just had my second child and, trying to call this place to make an appointment is ridiculous. You can hear them actual pick up the phone and hang up on you, or you just never get through. And I went for an appointment today and needed some blood work done for my daughter, the doctor explained to me that the only reason I would get a call back with results would be if I needed to take my daughter to the hospital. So I get a call a few minutes before 9:00pm that I need to schedule an appointment for my daughter for first thing in the morning, that it's an emergency! So we set an appointment but when I ask her to give me more information, or to speak to someone who can. she can't! Because she's just a receptionist... completely understand the information she gives is limited, but seriously what a way to ruin a mothers peace of mind. I'd like to know what mother would be okay with hearing their child needs an emergency appointment first thing in the morning but can't give any other information?! Just curious? Maybe it's just me, but good phone etiquette would not involve someone to say it's an emergency with absolutely no reason why."
