"Nice store. The only problem I have is them needing me to give them any information to get a refund or exchange if needed. Even if I have a receipt. That's messed up. Not that I need to return anything but, if my sprayer to my perfume didn't work, they wouldn't do a thing to help because I didn't give them my information. Don't appreciate that. I don't want my information sold to whomever so they can drive me crazy with scam stuff."

"I hardly ever leave bad reviews. I don't like to. Only reason I am, in hopes that management reads it and it helps the store be better and do better. First I had to use the ladies room. No toilet paper or paper towels. None. Floors and bathroom counter were nasty. Store shelves were a mess. Really hard to find a certain product (color/shade) I was looking at eye shadow pallets. I opened a new box (to double check all was good) and it has been messed with. So I went through every box to find a clean one. I usually go to the one on Grndpkwy 99, but I was close to this one. I will continue to go there. Store is cleaner and more organized."

"There was 1 person. Who was very helpful. There were several who were not.. I'm not sure I will be using Ulta at all any longer. I drove two hours after spending an hour on the phone just to get the order right, and they canceled my entire order around $200. I was about to spend another five on a dyson hair dryer after my experience elected not to. I was standing there when the email came in saying it was canceled. The person helping me told me that they were out. And that's why it had been canceled. While trying to find something to replace it. Another young lady said no; We're not out and pulled one out from underneath the table. I noticed the reaction of the person who had said there weren't anymore. It appeared as though she had hidden it to purchase herself."

"I came to this location two days ago to get partial highlights which supposed to be blonde but the results came out completely different dark copper / brown color . I paid the full amount and even tipped the hairstylist because she put efforts to highlight my hair regardless the outcome but I’m extremely unhappy with my hair color. It looks darker than before with orangish brown color and Uneven Patterns!!! I called the store twice to talk to someone to see who can fix this , they got my information , told me a manager will call me back but nobody has reached out to me! Do not recommend this location for highlights at all."
