"First…Gina was late. I had to text her in order to get her in the salon. I didn’t stay long. I left the salon without getting my service after witnessing her dismiss a client in pain. It was obviously a botched eyelash extension and the woman’s eyes were red and irritated. She asked Gina, the owner of Bellezza salon inside Sola Salons, if she would remove them. Gina said to come back later. I could see the woman was really struggling with them as there was glue in her eye. I told Gina that the woman was hurting and that I could wait and I was ignored. That irritated me so I said I no longer needed her services and I assumed she would then have ample time to remove the lashes from her client. Nope, this just made Gina angrier and she told her to leave and never come back. It was beyond unprofessional. She literally closed the door on our faces as we tried to reason with her. I hope the owners of Sola Salon see this review. I have already contacted them in the hopes that they do not enter into another contract with Gina once her lease is out."
"I work at Sola and love being here! The owner is amazing! It is a peaceful, drama-free, upbeat place to work. The people that work here take pride in their work and keep upon the lastest trends by attending hair shows and continuing education classes. The focus is our client and fulfilling their needs leaving their hair is the best condition possible!"
