"I rarely write bad reviews, but this really mad me feel horrid. I booked an apt for my husband and trusted them to do him right. First he was a few minutes late, 10 min, for the apt but the shop was empty. I get that. He described a regular graded haircut and not to go too short. He didn't want anything military like or with skin showing. His hair was mid-back length. I felt so bad when he returned home looking like someone had put a shallow bowl on his head and buzzed below it. There was no gradual blend and it looks, well, doofy. I usually cut his hair, but had surgery and couldn't stand that long and he wanted the length off. To top it off his apt was for a cut and a beard trim which they told him since he was late, 10min, they couldn't do. So they only planned to spend 10 min on his beard trim?! Actually, I am grateful they didn't equally devastate his beautiful beard like they did his hair. There are NO men barbers at this place it is run by a couple of women, who seem not to be well trained. Oh, and they also didn't offer him the complementary drink as advertised. He still left a tip. Again, I am not one that usually makes bad reviews, but beware if using this salon."

"First timer here and when I walked in I was greeted by staff. The salon appearance is so awesome! The have games and also Drinks for adults(21+) and also kids. The lady who cut my sons hair was so sweet. He absolutely loved her! Most definitely will be coming back!"

"Found my new place for a haircut!! Being a new resident to the area I was looking for a new place to get my haircut and Tune Up is the place to be! Jazmin did my bald fade and she HOOKED IT UP! Amazing personality and very knowledgeable in her craft! I can tell I’m not just another customer to her. Will 1000% be back!!
