"Worst experience I have ever had at any establishment ever. I don’t think my feet are ugly, I take pretty good care of them, but the guy made the worst stink face ever and looked to the tech to the left and the lady in the chair to the left of me, and then to the right and the lady to the right of me, if he didn’t want to do my nails he could have just said so. I usually do my feet at home but was getting ready for a special occasion and wanted to feel pampered. I was actually mortified. Also I requested the $60 pedicure and the nails were supposed to be $40 why did they charge me $120… I was going to leave a $40 tip because I really don’t get my nails done often, I decided the $120 was enough for that humiliation."

"I stopped in to get a quick eyebrow wax. The lady tending to me offered a lip wax. I clearly declined the service, but next thing I know, she’s putting wax on my lip. I had just gotten it done within the same week. When she took off the strip, she insisted that I “look” to see what she pulled, but there was nothing. This was a frustrating experience since she just wanted to charge more for a service I had declined in the first place."

"Want to charge extra for polish that was included in the full set. I needed to have my real nail redone the old acrylic off and the new put back on. The lady that did my nail burn me not once or twice but four or five times and over charge me. Did mind paying. Please get your price right"
