"It's always unfortunate to read negative reviews about the salon itself when a client is unsatisfied with a particular stylist. These type of unsatisfied comments should go directly to the owner in private for rectification rather than leaving a negative review on Google for the salon itself, which I'm sure the owner has worked very hard to maintain a good reputation of. Today was my first time here. The salon itself is clean, well decorated, and maintained. Regan was my stylist and did an incredible job on my hair. I will be a returning client. Thank you!"

"I was going to a sweet hairstylist Isaac for about 1 yr. I was looking to get lip blushing done and Isaac recommended the owner of the Salon. I was very excited to have this done. It cost $300.00 plus a tip and the first time the blushing didnt really take. I waited 6 wks and went back to the owner and she did the lip blushing, which took somewhat at another $150.00 plus a tip. She had told me to wait and come back another 5 wks later, but I was not satisfied and I was done with this. I have been waiting for the outline of my lips to fade. I had an appt with another tech to do my lip blushing today, only to find out the owner had outlined my lips above my lip line. So now I have to have laser done to my lips to remove the line that is above my lip line. At another cost to me. The technician was very disappointed in the way my lip line looked. It has been over 1 yr and 6 mo . She said the owner of this salon should never have outlined above my lip line. This is so disappointing."

"The worst haircut and color I have ever had! I went back the next day and the stylist tried to fix it but it didn’t help. I had to redo the color a few days later. Left a message for the owner to call me and she never did."
