Before she started we talked about what I would like to have done and I showed her pictures of hairstyles and colors that I liked. She listened to what I said then she gave me her suggestions. We decided on touching up my roots then adding highlights finished with a haircut and style. She even showed me tips on how to style it. I’m in love with my hair. If I could give her 6 Stars I would. "Trash service and rude employee with glasses shoulder length hair and long wrinkle face woman (Judy) was very rude on the highway during traffic jam. It was a mandatory merge Judy there was no need to keep pushing us out of the lane we all had to merge into. There was an accident you were trying to push us into. I mean you laid on your horn like you were really going to get anywhere faster. What happened to your patients?"
