"There is a worker whose job is to move the clothes from the fitting rooms, I wanted to ask her if she knew of a garment that they told me was not sold and they couldn't find it and she could know, when I asked her she acted deaf, she didn't even look at me and I spoke to her several times as a favor. She is tanned, hair with long braids, about 1.70 m, regular weight. I'm disappointed, I hope they do something about it"

"The loss prevention officer racially profiled me and asked for my bag, then proceeded to take everything out embarrassing me in front of everyone in the store didn’t ask for my receipt is if I stole something once I went to the front and all 10 items that I purchased were on my digital receipt nothing was done. I was totally mortified and embarrassed. I suffer from social anxiety, and now I am completely triggered. The managers did nothing to resolve the issue. I returned all items the self check out system needs huge improvement."

"Had to exchange a shirt for smaller size and the staff members were very helpful. The new self checkout was easy until it was time to remove the security tags...took my daughter and I some time and there was no assistance. Probably user error on our part, but not efficient."

"I love shopping at Zara Galleria since they have wonderful clothes. However, from few months they have really gotten worse at checking out their customers in a timely manner. I can easily estimate a 30min-45min CHECK OUT wait in line every time I think about heading there. This is super inconvenient not only to me but also to all other customers. There are never enough cashiers - and this is a weekday (trying to avoid their weekends cause it will be Monday waiting in their lines). They need to have separate return and exchange, and online lines as well. Time is valuable and I do not appreciate mine being wasted to such an extent. This will cause me to stop shopping here."
