"My first appointment was on the 15th of November, and after waiting for 2 weeks it got cancelled because Jaden who I had my appointment with got sick, I was comprehensive we all fall ill occasionally. Nevertheless after this, she didn't give me a reschedule day, I had to call for 2 days in a row to get another appointment, then I assume I would get an appointment for that week but she tells me she has no space for me until the 30th. Again I am reasonable and agreed for 1 pm. Today I got a message 1 hour prior to my appointment if I can rush and come right now for 12:30 instead, when I had waited another 2 weeks for my appointment... Jaden texted me with no notice and just simple as that tells me she can't make it and cancel on me again. I am disappointed, I waited a whole 4 weeks for an appointment with Jaden just to get cancelled like this. I have to say is not professional nor respectful at all. I'll be looking somewhere else. Thank you"
