"The customer service at this location has gone the drain. There's always different people who cut hair and it seems the pick and choose who they want to cut your hair. Checked in online and waited and waited while no one was in the waiting area. Will no longer be going to this place."
"I went in to get my hair thin out and trim. I came home to style my hair only to feel the middle part (back of my head) of my hair CHOPPED off in the center and the rest of my hair long would cover it. Again I only noticed when I came home to style my hair. I was in there just this past weekend. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there's only an owner. Took my name and number and haven't heard from anyone. The WORST place to get a cut. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! NO EVEN WORTH IT!!"
"This is the location where I have been getting my hair done for the past 16 months. A professional gentleman previously attended to my hair with exceptional skill. On our first meeting, I detailed my preferences, which he meticulously noted in their system. However, during my recent visit, I was informed by a new stylist, Tammy, that he no longer worked there. Despite requesting that she refer to the existing notes for my preferred style, Tammy's approach was dismissive and impatient. Contrary to my instructions, she gave me a "warrior" haircut, which is both inappropriate for me as a non-veteran and aesthetically displeasing. The cut was uneven, leaving an awkward, carrot-like length at the back. Although I adhered to the standard $5 tip, I feel it's important to voice my dissatisfaction with this experience."
"The hair cut was fine the shop was slightly dirty but the reason for the 1 star review is when checking out he would cancel the transaction and told me “if you leave a tip the transaction would go through” he was very frustrated when I asked for a receipt. Pressuring for a tip is not okay especially when the lowest tip option is 5 dollars. I almost walked out without paying because of his actions."
"Both my children said nothing off the length. One had about 2 inches cut off and another had 4. They were both VERY upset. They just wanted shaping and clean up. The repeated it multiple times. I will be looking for a new salon. Not happy."
