"I usually like this place but the wait has gotten unbearable. I have visited twice and I have had to leave due to not enough staff. Times before it’s always well staffed. Lately it’s just one person. Its convenient but I always have to leave with my eyebrows not done. Such a let down. I will looking for a new place. Loosing costumers is not a good thing. 45 min wait."

"The only place I trust with my eyebrows! They’re always so gentle when threading and make sure I’m comfortable. They always take their time and pay attention to detail, never rushing. In and out in 20 minutes for overgrown brows and upper lip. The customer service is so friendly and welcoming. This place has a calm atmosphere as well."
"The lady that did my eyebrows did an amazing job today. This was my 1st time here and I loved it all! From the aloe that she put on my face and massaged my eyebrows it was great! Definitely recommend! The place is small and I definitely judged it driving by but it was clean and sanitized. Just great!"
