"2nd time being here and the last. The first time someone else cut it and I loved it. The girl was nice but this last time the owner was the one who did it. Felt like she was angry at someone or annoyed. Used some scissors that felt like she was going to detach my scalp. Brushed my hair like I was her enemy and just because a bit of hair was tangled on top of my head, she cut it off. Now I can’t style it towards my left because the bits of hair stand out. Never again. I was even nice enough to give her a tip after all that. Thank you for your horrible service."
