"Cut my daughter’s bangs crooked. When asked to fix made the higher side even higher then tried to compensate. They are still super crooked. I also asked for my hair cut to be below the shoulder line as it curls and looks crazy any shorter. My hair is a good half inch above my shoulders. My hair was also uneven with a few longer small groups of hair clearly showing past the moon shape cut I was given after asking for it to be cut straight across."

"I wanted a radical change of image and I decided to go get a long Bob cut and a few years ago I did it at an Irving Supercuts and I loved it. I went here and I was very sad, all the long hair I had was cut in vain… because she wanted it long in the front and short in the back and I showed her the photo of the cut she wanted, she said if she could cut it like that and she gave me the ugliest cut I've ever had in my life it seems that I was discriminated against and I cut it worse than someone else that I had never been to learn, I didn't even dry it, it seemed that I cut an animal's hair, it left it uneven and I had long hair, I wanted to cry there."
