"This location is such a disappointment! The girls here clearly lack proper training. The staff is always understaffed, resulting in outrageously long wait times. Unlike the amazing Cooper location in Arlington, which, mind you, is a whole 25 minutes away, this Grand Prairie location is only 4 minutes away. And yet, I have to go that extra distance just to receive decent service. I expect all Newrain locations to provide the same level of excellence, but this one is just a letdown. The girls here are far from being clean, organized, or professional. It's beyond frustrating."
"They don't honor appointments, wasted time going over and waiting 15 mins after booking online, the no one came in, to observe a Hindu holiday. Fine, but let your clients know! Tried again scheduling a facial and threading, I provide self care services also, so an appointment is important for me to stay on time with my schedule. The facial room was occupied during my scheduled time, I waited 20 mins and had to leave or they would make me late to my client. They don't care about wasting your time."

I used to go to European wax faithfully for Brazilians, they would miss some patches in some hard to see places( no shade to them), however now I can walk out confidently completely smooth.Haven’t been anywhere else since, absolutely love them!
