"Went to the Little Elm branch. I was provided eyebrow service by Maya. Upon asking her to thread out some more hair for a neater look, she told me I should not blame her if she messes up. WTH! Did she already knew she was going to mess up? She then asked me who my usual technician is? Upon sharing, she said you should come during her time. Who the hell are you to tell me what time should I come? Why don't you keep your attitude to yourself and do you damn job."
"Went in for the first time for waxing at this place, and walked out in first 1 minute after my service started, terrible quality of wax products. As soon as was was applied my under arm skin started burning and got red, and it wasn’t the wax high temperature!!! Not going back ever again and I don’t suggest this place for any waxing service."

"I’ve been coming here for over a year not and today is the first time my underarm wax and eyebrows threading hurt so bad! I believe the service provider was Alpho and she was very rough with me. The thread even ripped at one point because she was applying was too much pressure ! This was my first time having her and I am absolutely disappointed at the service I was given. She didn’t even apply powder prior to the wax and that hurt really bad as well. You can tell she can’t be bothered and doesn’t care about the clients. Very poor service today."
