"Went to clean the sides of my eyebrows and they damage the shape, the lady waxed almost all of it .. it took me almost 7 months or more to have them full and now I don't have eyebrows... She was them TOO THIN... Expend more money and go to a brow bar if you want something good... I left that place craying and went to get some minoxidil to grow them back... I do no recommend this place if you love your eyebrows"

"I came here with my girlfriend because this was her usual spot for a decent in-depth pedicure. We have come here for almost a year, but she's been coming here for years with her family prior to. She has recommended this place to many other people as she used to really like the staff and services. Recently, we've been often left hanging even after calling in ahead or making an appointment. The last few times we've come here, they didn't have staff available, or were prepared for our appointment, which causes one person to be left unattended while the other gets started on their pedicure. This also makes the time spent here drastically longer, as by the time I or my girl start their pedicure, the other is just sitting and waiting another 45 minutes. We've spent upwards of 2.5 hours waiting around. This is not only ridiculous but also disrespectful of our time and business. If you tell your customer you have availability when they've called ahead, made appointments, and clarified that there are two pedicures needed; you should be honest with your customer. If you do not have adequate space or staff to get the pedicures done in a timely manner, you need to communicate that. Every time this has occurred, they have not even offered an applogy until we finally had enough and just leave. We will take our business where it is more appreciated and respected. Hope this helps anyone else out who is considering this place. If you do come here, just be prepared to hear excuse after excuse and spend hours waiting."

"DO NOT GO!!!! Nails edges was jagged and gross underneath. I should have gotten the hint when I arrived no one was there and took way to long to do. Couldn't do the design I asked, but for 100. We can do. I was in town on a business trip and needed my nails done. It took so long I had to leave but spoke with the manager about returning for correction. He said no, wait 15 minutes we do. Again. I had another appt and HAD TO LEAVE. I returned 3 separate times for a correction and they refused. The third time I went, I wasnt even acknowledged or greeted. I then took my concern to the bank. CHASE. - sorry there's nothing we can do The excess glue and powder are still there today - I have another appt at a salon with a better reputation. Bottom line - their skills may improve and hopefully customer service and attitudes will follow. Until that time - DO NOT GO. There are better salons probably across the street"

"Update: We went back to the nail salon to give them one more try and we had very good results with our nails being done in a timely manner and everyone was very friendly when we walked in. The service was above par. They are also one if the only places around that do color changing dip nails. We had Kelly and Nina this time and they were amazing. Nina always does a fantastic job. This was my first time with Kelly but I would definitely go back to her. I have changed my review from a two star to now a five star because I do think that the rest of the salon are very good workers. I just had the one issue with the one lady Chery and I think that they deserve now the full five stars for the way that they treat their customers. They have won back my service. Excellent job ladies!! • • • One of the nail technicians (.Chery .) were not very professional. My mom and I both got our nails done here. She was started before me and finished almost 30 minutes after me getting the same exact thing. I’m top of that when she pointed out that there was a dark color underneath her light dip color the nail technician replied it’s fine. It looked tacky and she would’ve just let her walk out that way. That’s like me serving someone food and they did not want pickles then, give the food to them with the pickles and just say it’s fine. Afterward when my mom told her “no I do not like” that she noticeably had an attitude for her mess up. She also sat back pulled out her phone with her attitude while my mom was still sitting there, I was ready to just ask someone else to do it. After we sat staring at her for a few minutes she got up and walked away. It’s a good thing she came back because I was ready to go off. She has also paid the same amount every time she’s went there and some magical way it was now $5 extra. I would not recommend this technician. It would make sense if her slow working took so long because she was making the nail perfect but she had to see that mess up while she was working. I saw it and I was with another technician in the seat right next to her. Come in and get your nails done but not be her. You will leave frustrated and irritated. I would just leave this at one star but my technician was polite and did a good job. PS this is the second time she’s worked on her nails and both times she took way longer than the others."
