"Wish I could give it 0 stars. This nail salon convinced me to try dip nails when I wanted just gel. The guy doing my nails cut the side of my finger and just kept wiping it with unsanitary rag. The color was not as advertised at all that I got. And now 3 days later my nails chipped when my gel has never chipped this fast. They are chunky, the wrong color, and my finger bled off and on when I got home. The nails themselves have some bare spots too where the color didn’t stick. The worst experience I’ve had with my nails."
"When I tell you I love Grand Nail Spa, I mean, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! The staff, ambience, and overall quality of work is truly unmatched. Jenny has been doing my nails for almost two years now and she is THE BEST! The quality of her work is like no other, she gets me in and out in exactly an hour, but most importantly, she is so sweet. Also, my schedule is a little weird sometimes, so I can’t always commit to a “standing appointment”. So when I call on a Friday at 12pm, for a same day service, the first thing Sam or Lena ask is “when do you wanna come? You tell me”. For most people that’s not important, but for me that’s a huge win and I appreciate them more than they know!! Love love LOVE THIS PLACE!"
"I wanted to like this place. Left and my nails seemed great, looked great/clean. The place was clean and Nice inside. Everyone seemed friendly. Get to week 3 with a full set of pink and whites, (I’ve had full sets going on 20 years) nails loose and falling off, my cuticles look horrid, a few of my fingers top coat is chipping off. My first time getting nails in Texas (home for the last 5 months) and I’m beyond disappointed. Image is getting home, not currently!"
"I always come here for pedicures, but I don’t do my nails often. I called and asked Lina at the front who she recommended and she got me in with Hannah, I haven’t never been SOOO happy. They came out amazing. All even, no lumps, perfect. I got the color 102!"
"My husband and I took our daughter for her 21st birthday for pedicures. I’ve been here several times before and always had great service. This time Hannah did my pedicure and was amazing. Came back a few weeks later and had her do my nails. She did a great job, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did them even better than the photo. Talented lady! I’ll be back to see her for sure."
