"Really disappointed in my experience here. I went in with a inspo picture for my nails. They said they could do it and what I received was nothing close to the picture. The lady doing it was very sweet but the nail shape and color was just not good at all. I was in a hurry with dinner reservations with my husband and I am not one to complain so I left trying to like them. The more I looked at them the more I hated it and how poorly the nails looked. I went back first thing the next morning explaining the situation and asking them to fix it please and I was surprised how reluctant they were to do so! Even blaming me on saying they ask how short but the lady filed them down like crazy. He even said well we have to pay our techs and the cost of nails which I understand but it really was a horrible nail job. They did end up fixing my nails. I opted to do a color instead of trying the design I wanted again. I’m shocked at how it was made out to seem like my fault and how he said I’ll take care of the cost of the new set like it was a big favor and didn’t even apologize. I will say the front desk girl was sweet as could be and was wanting to fix it. Just wish the person in charge would have been a bit nicer about the whole thing. Definitely will not be coming back here."

"After going to a different salon and winding up with nails that I grew to hate over a span of 24 hours (they weren't at all like my inspo picture, the acrylic was thick, and no matter how many times I told the tech I wanted short nails, I still ended up with nails that were way too long for me), I gave Park Village Nails a call, asking what they would charge to remove the old gel and replace with a different color. Bella did not disappoint! She reshaped and filed my nails down to the perfect length I was looking for and even thinned them out a bit so that they weren't so bulky. Absolutely love my new set. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Absolutely love love love this place! Vietnamese owned nail salon! There is two locations, Southlake and Euless. I’ve only been to Euless location and everyone has been absolutely amazing and kind every time. Cindy is my main nail tech for every day nails, Vivian is my tech for my detailed designs / intricate requests as it is her passion! Almost everyone is so nice & so helpful! If you never been here just bring a photo of what you want & they will find a nail tech for you! Pedicure wise, milk & honey is my go to. Ken, Harry & Bently are awesome; I hate getting pedicures but they give fantastic massages that I need due to being on my feet for work! ☺️☺️☺️"

"this was my 3rd time at this salon, all 3 times i got french tip. the first time they were gel french tip, by the time i got home they started bubbling up because she put too many layers without drying them well. so i came back the next day and they fixed them. second time i got dip powder and they were perfect so when i came back today i got dip again, they weren’t what i liked. i like my nails narrow and squared. i like them to look natural. i kept asking the nail tech to file them and she did but still couldn’t get the job done correctly. my fingers are a little crooked because they are double jointed so it is a little more difficult to get my nails done precise. but with the right person they are. i don’t think she deserves a tip but i did tip her because i felt guilty because we did spend a lot of time on them. i live30 min away from the place but i still go because i like the people working but i don’t think it’s worth the drive anymore if they can’t get my nails right on the first time"
