"Went in for a haircut today. A black young lady cut my hair. Worst haircut ever. I left looking like a chemo patient with bald spots on my head. Also, she cut above my ears wayyyyyyyy too short. I'm not quite sure what's required to work here, but it seems like they just hire anybody. Shame on this place."

"I had the worst experience, going to get a haircut for the holidays to be prepared. The tall older, Hispanic gentleman gave me the worst haircut for the second time. When talking to him, he was short, sarcastic, and not even attentive to my haircut. He looked to be flirting with the Hispanic woman, instead of paying attention to my haircut. When I got home and showered and combed my hair, there was bald spots on the back of my head where I couldn’t see as I was getting a haircut. It was the worst experience again at the Grapevine Great Clips. On Park Boulevard."

"Worst haircut ever, came in for a trim and left looking like I am recovering from chemo or getting prepped for brain surgery. The staff needs to be replaced, they rush, leave gouges and bald spots. They cannot preform their jobs properly. I'm going to regret visiting this place for at least a month before my hair gets long enough to be redone to fix all the mistakes my barber made. He even charged $18 for what he did, it wasn't what I asked for and due to all his mistakes my hair kept getting cut shorter and short in an attempt to cover up his many mistakes. I always tip but not today, the only tip I'm giving is to the owner and the customers, replace your staff ASAP. To potential customers such as myself, save yourself the grief and avoid this place at all costs... warn your friends but by all means prank your enemies by suggesting this place to them, in this one situation you won't be disappointed."

"What in the world is going on at this place? Quite possibly the worst cut I’ve ever gotten. I was in the chair for maybe ninety seconds, and when she said I was done I looked in the mirror to find myself looking like I had just rolled out of bed. She just blew dry my hair after cutting it without brushing it back into place. My hair was crazy and face was covered in hair, and she was going to let me walk out like that. I know it’s great clips so I should y expect much, but man that was bad. Do not go here. Would give zero stars if I could."
