"The selections are good and the price of cigs are ok but I'm only giving 1 star because it doesn't matter what time or day my husband and I go there, the cashier's ALWAYS ALWAYS have such an attitude! We don't even want to go to this location anymore because of the unnecessary bad attitude so we'll be taking our business elsewhere from now on. Not only that but it seems like the restrooms and parking lot are almost always covered in trash. Being nice goes a long way with me especially considering the customers are what keeps the lights on and the employees paid"
"It’s sad how it’s 5:00 pm and there’s no parking literally. All the parking that’s available is for the locals. Back home I pay for parking but these are the owner operators that are parking their trucks for free. Not a single spot available and trucks parked in front of trucks. The locals should find paid parking like everyone else. I get here tired with a paid parking spot and manager doesn’t do a damn thing to get me my reserved parking. Corporate pilot/flying j should start cracking down on the locals that park their truck for free. You shouldn’t be allowed to park for more than 34 hr and be inside your truck or else get towed. I’ll never be coming here again."
"Many times you have to wait for coffee around 30 minutes.Mostly you will see coffee pots empty.But coffee refills expensive than all USA.price $2.48 !!! Sucks drivers"
"The reviews are correct. This is the dirtiest Pilot I've ever seen. The bathrooms have very clearly not been cleaned in ages. These two pictures don't do it justice. It is awful in every stall and even at the sinks. You have to step around garbage to get through the bathroom, and it is noticeably filthy everywhere."
