"Took my son to get a haircut. Asked for a #1 on the sides faded up to 1 inch on top.... she messed up the fade so bad, she 'decided' to change it to a 1 undercut with a 1 inch overhang. It looked horrible, and then tried to say she 'didnt want to give him an old man cut and it is all the rage'. Absolutely rediculous!!"
"i was going to get a trim and color but they wouldn’t take me in at 3:45 when the color stylist didn’t leave till 5 and there was NOBODY in there the whole time i was waiting for my boyfriends hair to be cut. WORST HAIRCUT HES EVER HAD!!! the younger red hairish girl did his hair. he asked for 2 on the sides and 3 on top and she ended up doing 2 all around with uneven strains on the top of his head. not only is his head bleeding but when she started on the top she didn’t even trim his hair which she should’ve for how much he had she just yanked it all back and knew she messed up she just made a fdce and looked at me and continued. i should’ve just walked out when they told me they couldn’t dye my hair bc now my boyfriends in tears."
"Linda and Bethany are AMAZING !! They both take their time and totally listen to what a customer wants. I appreciate both of these ladies - if Linda isn't available, Bethany is my go to person !! I took one star away because as I was talking with my stylist, another worker, Lindsey, kept interrupting the conversation - kept trying to tell Bethany what to do and what I wanted, how it was to be done. She needs to be informed that both Linda and Bethany know exactly what me and my family want and it's rude and bad customer service to interrupt my salon time. I hope it doesn't happen again. So, to sum up my review - if you go to this salon, ask for Linda or Bethany - you won't be disappointed !!"
