"My daughter asked for dip nails but they gave her gel instead and the person doing her nails didn’t pay attention to what he was doing like he put on all of her nails a little crooked. He didn’t put enough glue on and her nail is about to fall off. Did the design bad and didn’t pay attention to what he was doing. I will never be going there again."
"The lady was really rude as soon as we walked in. and the customer service was horrible, Brought my best friend to get her nails done and ended up getting her eyebrows done as well. Spent 60$, and wasn't even offered anything to drink. Definitely won't be bringing her back."
"Unfortunately, my usual nail salon was closed so I decided to give Holly’s a try. This is four days into dip powder. Three nails chipped off! You can also see they are very thick. These are my real nails, that were cut extremely short it was so upsetting. It bothered me tremendously that they layered a coat of acrylic without even asking me. I spoke up and thankfully she removed it quickly. My cuticles were not cut, nor did they ask. Instead of soaking off the previous powder, they just drilled through it. Thankfully they were only $40. I got what I payed for, sadly."
