During my most recent visit, I left feeling dissatisfied with the color outcome as it didn't match what I had envisioned from the book, especially with an upcoming event that I chose a specific color for. However, I immediately received a message inviting me back to address the issue. I normally wouldn’t have accepted but I’m so happy I did. Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating. "Vivian did my nails in Christmas Eve. They were coffin, black dip, with a super glittery silver tip. They were absolutely amazing and so was she! Vivian is very meticulous and such a sweetheart. Today, I went in and had Khan. I showed him kinda what I wanted and let him make the other decisions based on his expertise. I did acrylic this time with 2 different colors and am completely blown away by them! Khan is very patient, meticulous, exceptional, and even laughed at one of my dumb jokes. My husband and I moved our little family up here in September from New Braunfels and this is for sure my new nail home. Everybody here is so sweet and very professional."
"After many raving reviews from close friends and clients I decided to give Infinity Nails try. I went this past Saturday for a full French set and was happy with the service but a few days later my nails began to chip and lift. I called Infinity Nails and they were more than happy to make it right. They offered to fix the entire set free of charge the same day. I went for the correction last night and Sue went above and beyond! My nails have never looked better. It's amazing to have such a great nail tech so close to home! If you stop by make sure to ask for Sue, you will not regret it!"
