"Lana is wonderful with my pedicure. She listens to what I want, pays attention to detail, paints my toes very nicely, and is mostly on time! She is very apologetic if she’s running behind which is not often. I really like this salon and recommend it and specifically Lana. Side note, I have also seen Leanne and she is very pleasant, thorough, and also recommend her! I think some work could be done in the area of customer service with the main lady that typically works front desk. I understand that they are busy and she must be tired. I think an improvement in overall attitude and a more polite interaction with customers would have definitely driven my review to 5 stars!"
"Ive been coming to this salon because of my friend, she recommended it and spoke highly of this nail salon but this recent experience changed my mind. The lady who did my nails was nice however didn’t listen when I asked for the base color of my nails. She left a mess of glue all over my fingers which has still not come off my skin. And when it came to my friends nails they were rude to her and in turn rude to me. We spent over 2 hours in there to not walk out happy. My past few visits had been great but I don’t know what happened on Monday unfortunately I will not be returning"
