"Only one thing to remember if you decide to shop here instead of online: You will have to wait in line to get accomodated by an associate. I made a mistake of just barging in the store the first time I went, but I’d say It’s good that they have a system of keeping things organized. If theyre not understaffed, you’ll get your nespresso pods refill in less than 10 mins. But on busy shifts, plan on spending a little more time. You do have freedom to look around the shop for their machines, but not for checkout. I would definitely just shop online, unless I am out of pods and I live around Austin, then I’d go here for an emergency “i need my nespresso coffee fix, I cannot function without it” lol"
"Ashley was so great today. She explained the differences in the machines and pods and had the best smile. Really made it easy to pull out my credit card and get a new machine. Highly recommend her! Great customer service and attitude."
"The set up and operation of this store is just plain stupid. I went in today just to get some coffee pods. Had to put my name on a list just to talk to someone to get the coffee that I already knew I wanted. They tell you to feel free to look around while you wait, so I was browsing the coffee pods to kill time and twice I was asked to move because the cashier was checking someone else out. Come on Nespresso...If I know what coffee I want, your store should allow me to grab it myself and get checked out so I don't have to wait for everyone in front of me to ask a million questions about new machines. From a customer service aspect, this is a terrible model. It's disappointing that the only physical store near me is too much of a hassle to purchase from. I just walked out without buying anything."
