"Just paid $73 for a gel pedicure that is supposed to include a 20 min hot stone massage and the guy doing my pedicure only massaged both legs for a total of 5 mins with hot stones; better yet when he put the parrafin wax on my feet, the bags were hanging and not even melted to my feet. Also he painted the gel on my toes fairly. Didn’t look amazing. This was the worst pedicure I have ever received. I will not be returning. #unhappycustomer"

"I've never done pedicures before or waxing, and this was a first. Prices are definitely fair I think. Waxing is a bit high, but service more then makes up for it. Their hair stylist is awesome. Great conversationalist, and the people there seem to enjoy their work and welcome everyone with open arms who comes in."

"Just moved to the area and wanted to try a new salon. I had a male tech, which is not an issue at all, but he was very rough on my nails. He buffed and filed them very harshly, to the point of that they started to lift just a few days after getting them done. The shape of the nails were inconsistent too. I had to fix an especially crooked one when I got home. Now I’m experiencing a lot of pain and terrible snagging because the dip was too far back. Everyone was really nice, and I loved the color, I just didn’t have a great experience. I may try again, but I definitely won’t be using the same tech."
