"Hires people from Great Clips and Sports Clips. Your hair will be butchered if you go there and do not see the right stylist. When I sent the owner this picture, she told me, “ Luckily it’s just hair and it will grow back!” Which is a frightening perspective to hear from the owner. Edited for reply: I have stuck with your Salon through so many bad services and given so many second chances. This review is long overdue. **Please clarify if there is anything inaccurate about my review***. I also have receipts and pictures of everything else I’ve dealt with from your salon, from the terrible extensions that y’all had to fix for me and then dismissed the hairstylist who installed them from the salon… Then the last time my hair was butchered by the lady who used to work at great clips, I believe you fired her as well… Please correct me if I am wrong. I wasn’t going to bring up the failed make up job that I received there since I was refunded. That was the only failed service that I was refunded for and I kept coming back and being a loyal client. To my own detriment. I am sharing this so others don’t make the same mistake."
"I love getting my hair done at 2Ten. Nichole always takes the time at the beginning to talk about what I’m looking for and what’s feasible with what color I already have. She is so sweet and engages with her client because she cares! All the girls here are so sweet especially when going to a new stylist can be kind of daunting! Tabitha is amazing and her pup, Gus will always put a smile on your face. I’m so glad I found this salon! Oh did I mention I love my hair? lol"
