"I went to Out West on Saturday for the first time and was scheduled with Quinn. She was so nice and did such a great job with my hair. This is honestly one of my very favorite hair cuts I’ve gotten! I will definitely be back to see Quinn for any future hair cuts!!"

"I have used Krysta for three years now for my manicures and pedicures. I am always extremely pleased. Today I went to Quinn for a haircut and am so pleased I wanted to write this review. I showed her a photo and I was given exactly what I asked for. I hold a very high standard because I was a hairdresser for 38 years in a high end salon in Arlington. I can say that I never expected this quality of service in a small town like Brock Texas. If you’re looking for a great nail tech call Krysta. If you need a great short haircut see Quinn."

"When I scheduled I said full highlight.. babylights to be exact! Came in with a picture, said “im just wanting to bring up my blonde” meaning babylight my new growth to match the rest of my hair. I was also wanting “money pieces” in the front where there would be more blonde (displayed in pic). Melinda did my hair and completely did her own thing. She only did a very light highlight through the top of my head. I should have known it was going to be bad when it only took her 45min to foil what I thought was all my hair and then she never turned the chair around until she was finished. I asked her after we left the shampoo bowl if she was going to tone my hair in which she replied “no, we don’t need to... you lifted so nicely”... i knew that couldn’t be true for what I wanted! After she blow dried and styled she turned me around and just like I had imagined my hair was orange and yellow wherever she had applied the bleach. It was horrible. After asking her to put toner on, she had to ask the girl next to her for toner because she didn’t even have any! Who does hair without ever using toner!?? So yesterday I had to go to another stylist and pay yet again for what I didn’t get from Melinda. The stylist then confirmed that she did in-fact only highlight the very top and charge me for a full highlight. I would HIGHLY not recommend Melinda or services. Spend your money elsewhere and actually get what you pay for!"
