"Came in to get a pedicure. He said for me to pick a color and they did not appear to be crowded and I went straight to a chair. I proceeded to sit there over an hour before they even turned water on to soak. I then wait approximately another hour before they even began the pedicure and the water had gotten very cold. . I thought of leaving several times, but it had gotten late and all other nail salons would have been closed and I desperately needed a pedicure. They didn’t ask if I wanted anything to drink or sorry for the waiting. This was my second time here and the first experience wasn’t any better. Very disappointed and won’t be back. I should have been told up front it was a 2.5 hour wait and not just led to believe it would only be a few minutes."

"I've been here twice for a pedicure. The pedicure itself was great! I had no issues either time. The technicians were very nice, took their time & my toes looked great both times. I will definitely be back. My only issue with the salon is that it seriously needs to be cleaned up & updated. It smelled like cigarette smoke both times I've been in there, it's very cluttery & gives the feel of not being clean. There are new salons opening up in other cities & they are going to need to do an overhaul to stay competitive."
