"I've been to this place the last 2 times and each time I had someone that didn't know any English. It really is worrisome when you're telling someone how you want your hair and they have no idea what your saying. The first time I went the owner spoke English and gave me a great haircut. The other times she had to explain in Spanish how I wanted the haircut. Today I walked in, after waiting for a few minutes, they asked me to come to get my haircut and as usual the young lady asks me in Spanish how I wanted it. The owner was sweeping. I spoke in English, the owner saw me, and I began telling her how I wanted it cut. She responds with "a what" in broken English. I took off the piece of paper they put around your neck, I handed her and said I'll go elsewhere and walked out. The owner kept sweeping. I really want to support my local businesses here in Los Fresnos but I find it hard to do when some of these establishments have a great service but they don't bother to try to communicate in English."
