"So I called their phone number and the message said specifically 'walk ins are welcome' so I go in and apparently they were busy. I asked then when can I come back. She said she didn't know when. I said, 'when can I call to come back?' Again, she said she didn't know so I left. That is false advertising if you state on the phone message that 'walk ins are welcome' then they should be welcome at all times."
